The sample in this study was obtained based on the total sampling technique used in this study, namely the arm muscle strength test and the lower service test result.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong><strong>.</strong> The results of data analysis in this study obtained r count of 0.987 with a large contribution of 97.41%. This is classified as very good. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an influence of arm muscle strength on the ability of the underserving students of extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 3 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. Where obtained r arithmetic 0.987&gt;r<sub>table</sub> = 0.632 with a contribution of 97.41%.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions</strong><strong>.</strong> Based on the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that this study has a the influence of arm muscle strength (X) on the bottom service result (Y) extracurricular students of SMPN 3 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. The sample in this study was obtained based on the total sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were arm muscle power tests and discus throwing results.</p> <p><strong>Results.</strong> The results of data analysis in this study obtained an r count of 0.866 with a large contribution of 74.99%. This is classified as very good. Untuk variabel kekuatan otot lengan di ukur dengan menggunakan test push up 60 detik sedangkan variabel kekuatan otot punggung di ukur dengan instrument tes back and leg dynamometer.</p> <p><strong>Hasil</strong>. data dianalisis dengan uji t independent pada taraf signifikan lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan aplikasi SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil ; (1) variabel kekuatan otot lengan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 (2) Variabel kekuatan otot punggung dengan nilai signifikan 0,010. Nilai signifikan hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α ( 0,05) dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian Pelatihan medicine ball sit up throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan otot punggung “ diterima”.</p> <p><strong>Kesimpulan</strong>. dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan medicine ball sit up throw berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan otot punggung pada siswa putra SMP Negeri 4 Bolo. U</strong>ntuk meningkatkan hasil belajar guling depan Pada pembelajaran senam lantai melalui model permainan, pada SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 2 Jakarta, Jakarta Selatan.</p> <p><strong>Metodologi Penelitian.</strong> Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah tindakan kelas yang mengikuti model Kemmis dan Taggart. Penelitian ini direncanakan 3 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus 4 tahap yaitu planning, acting, observasing dan reflecting. Waktu penelitian adalah 3 bulan dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 siswa, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui test, wawancara dan observasi.</p> <p><strong>Hasil Penelitian</strong><strong>.</strong> Nilai rata-rata siswa pada kondisi awal sebesar 70,46 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 38,46%. Kondisi tersebut mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I yaitu sebesar 73,08 dan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 57,69%. There are many ways to increase VO2Max, an indicator of cardiorespiratory fitness, two of many were High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and traditional aerobic endurance training. In other hand exercise in any type of way required extra energy, resulting in increased energy and macronutrient intake<strong>. </strong>Was to analyse the effects of HIIT vs. Aerobic Endurance Exercise on energy intake, macronutrient intake, and VO2Max of fitness centre participants in Depok..</p> <p><strong>Materials and methods</strong> 26 participants were recruited voluntarily from one of fitness centre in Depok, West Java, Indonesia, then randomized into HIIT Intervention Group and aerobic endurance exercise intervention group for 3 months. Bleep test was done to determine VO2Max Level before and after intervention.</p> <p><strong>Results.</strong> Paired t-test between before and after intervention showed that there’s significant difference (p&lt;0.05) on VO2Max, while independent sample t-test showed that there’s no significant difference between both type of exercise.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions.</strong> This study shows that there was no effect of both HIIT and Aerobic Endurance Training on energy and macronutrient intake. However, both interventions increase VO2Max as an indicator of fitness level. This study aims to develop a basic training model for badminton Smash in badminton athletes in West Kalimantan.</p> <p><strong>Materials and methods</strong>. The method used in this study is research and development modifying the Brog and Gal model.</p> <p><strong>Results.</strong> The results of this study indicate that the badminton smash basic training model can be said to be valid from the study and assessment by experts.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions</strong>.
