Once the paper has been accepted for publication, the author will pay the journal its publication fee to compensate for the publishing expenses. Publication fee is non-refundable.

If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs. The author will get the full PDFs, for articles that are published successfully. Publication fee is non-refundable.
